Together, the student, preceptor, and instructor will discuss the development of individualized practice objectives and related experiences or opportunities and appropriate activities to accomplish those objectives. Assignment 1.3: Individualized Learning Objectives Upload
Every student's practicum environment and preceptor are different; therefore, practicum objectives will vary for all students. Write 3-4 individualized measurable learning objectives that you will achieve during the next 8 weeks. All practicum activities should be directed toward accomplishing these set goals. Remember, objectives should be measurable, able to be completed during the 8 weeks for the practicum time, and produce proof, an artifact, or evidence that they were achieved.
Here are some examples to follow or modify:

Module 3 Assignment
For this week’s assignment, you will submit an annotated bibliography of at least 15 sources pertaining to your topic. This bibliography will be used as the basis for your literature review section in the next course, N599 – Nursing Capstone.
To become a content expert in the area you have chosen, you will need to do a thorough Aspen Library or Boolean search that retrieves at least 15 sources related to your topic. Then, you will need to create an annotated bibliography. All references should be in the current APA style. This Practicum annotated bibliography is just a preview of the annotated bibliography and that will need to be submitted during the Capstone course. The Capstone requires a minimum of 35 references, so you should continue to gather scholarly references.

The "hours audit" report must be signed by your approved preceptor. Full credit will be given if the report is submitted on time and signed by your preceptor. No partial credit will be awarded. Upload the signed report to the classroom drop box and to ProjectConcert®. You can upload the signed report in ProjectConcert® under “other” and entitle the report Signed Hours Audit Report. Consider how you have developed the knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes that enable your achievement of the specific individualized learning objectives related to your practicum from Week 1.
