Students must arrange a joint teleconference with his or her preceptor and instructor. Assignment 1.3: Individualized Learning Objectives Upload

Every student's practicum environment and preceptor are different; therefore, practicum objectives will vary for all students. Write 3-4 individualized practice objectives using APA format that you will achieve during the next 8 weeks.

In order to become a content expert in the area you have chosen, you will need to do a thorough Aspen Library or Boolean search that retrieves at least 15 sources related to your topic. Then, you will need to create an annotated bibliography. All references should be done in correct current APA style.

Assignment 4.1: The student will run an "Hours Audit" report in Project Concert demonstrating the completed practicum hours achieved to this point. The "hours audit" report must be signed by your approved preceptor. Full credit will be given if the report is submitted on time and signed by your preceptor. No partial credit will be awarded. Upload the signed report to the classroom drop box and to Project Concert. Arrange a joint telecommunication with your preceptor and your instructor.

The essay should summarize the teleconference including status of project objectives, progress on the project, feedback from the preceptor and instructor, and any revisions to the practicum plan.

Practicum Project Signature Assignment

Consider how you have developed the knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes that enable your achievement of the course learning objectives listed in the syllabus. Discuss recommendations for future practice change based on the results of your practicum project. The following are the course learning objectives:
