OPTION #1: RISK PLAN – FICTITIOUS HOSPITALITY COMPANY

• Develop a risk management plan for a fictitious hospitality company that addresses mitigation measures and contingency plans for identified and analyzed risks.
• Create a brief background and history for the company that helps explain how and why these risks developed and evolved over time. In your paper, describe risk management as it applies to planning a meeting or event.
• Include some common industry risks as well as some risks that are unique to this hospitality company. Discuss how stakeholders might be impacted.

Your paper should be three to four pages in length (excluding cover page and at least three supporting references) and formatted according to the CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA (Links to an external site.). Be sure to discuss and reference concepts taken from the assigned textbook reading and relevant research. You must include a minimum of three credible, academic or professional references.
