Purpose
The purpose of this assignment is to provide the student an opportunity to assess one’s personal strengths-based leadership from a systems perspective and develop a public health leader résumé and personal vision statement.

Requirements
In order to prepare your personal leadership paper, you will need to complete your StrengthsFinder self-assessment available through your required textbook:

The Personal Leadership Paper is worth 250 points and will be graded on quality of information, use of citations, use of Standard English grammar, sentence structure, and overall organization based on the required components as summarized in the directions and grading criteria/rubric.
Create your manuscript using Microsoft Word, which is the required format for all Chamberlain College of Health Professions documents.
