Quality management is a continuous improvement process that requires ongoing organizational learning and growth. In a well-written paper, describe three or four key factors that drive the need for quality training. Relate your work experience and compare and contrast internal versus external training. Referencing the American Society of Quality (ASQ) or similar professional associations, describe the individual, business, and societal benefits of professional association organizations in providing training for TQM.
